How to Raise a Complaint with Defendingloaded Heating & Air

Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who reaches Defendingloaded Heating & Air should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.
Topics You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Defendingloaded Heating & Air
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers that repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Defendingloaded Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@defendingloaded.living and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Write
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with HVAC contractors, your state contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
